Every installation follows professional standards outlined in our installation agreement to ensure quality, performance, and long-term durability.

Consultation and Film Selection

We begin by reviewing your vehicle or property and discussing performance goals, visibility needs, and legal limits. While our technicians provide recommendations, the final film and shade selection is made by the customer. Customers assume responsibility for any tint installed darker than legal limits.

Deposit and Appointment Scheduling

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment unless cancellation or rescheduling is completed at least forty-eight hours in advance. This allows us to prepare the correct materials and reserve your scheduled installation time.

Payment and Service Authorization

An invoice is issued before installation begins. Full payment is due as stated, and once installation has started or been completed, all sales are final and non-refundable. Payment confirms acceptance of the completed work.

Surface Preparation and Cutting

All glass surfaces are cleaned thoroughly to remove oils and contaminants. Films are precision-cut to match the exact dimensions of each window for accurate coverage and clean edges.

Professional Film Application

Films are applied using professional installation techniques. Minor imperfections such as small dust particles, moisture patterns, or slight edge lifting may be present during curing and are considered normal and acceptable under industry standards.

Final Inspection and Warranty Review

Each installation is inspected for clarity and alignment. Manufacturer warranties covering bubbling, peeling, cracking, and significant fading are reviewed with the customer.

Post-Installation Care

Moisture trapped during installation dissipates as the adhesive cures. Customers are advised not to disturb the film during the curing period and to avoid suction devices that may damage the surface.
